It's a chatbot with extremely large knowledge base. Anyway, its capabilities are comparable to remember and understanding and application (e.g. it can do coding) abilities of human according to Bloom's model. ChatGPT cannot yet synthesize new knowledge and draw pictures as it supports only text recognition.
